THE STORY OF PEDICINI DESIGN STUDIO

Pedicini Design Studio was started in the early 1990s working in the independent comic book industry with inking, lettering and doing page layouts. The studio switched gears in the early 2000s and switched to creating illustrations for companies that needed spot illustrations for their publications. In 2008, the studio began to work on licenses such as Hammer Horror, the CSI Franchise and The Lord of the Rings and Indiana Jones properties in the form of sketch cards. In 2009 the studio took on the license from Topps trading cards to work on the Star Wars franchise for their sketch card sets. Now Pedicini Design Studio is creating stipple portraits for clients as well as Don Pedicini Jr is teaching his illustration skills to students at the Columbiana Performing Arts Center.
